General pediatrics refers to the routine treatments and medical services your child needs as they grow up. The team at ASK Pediatric Services specializes in pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents that helps them and their parents alike learn about growth, development, and wellness.

Which services does general pediatrics offer?

ASK Pediatric Services offers many diagnostic procedures, treatments, and medical services that your child needs now or may need at some point. The team becomes increasingly familiar with your child at every visit, which helps them personalize your child’s care. 

Services you can get for your child at ASK Pediatric Services include:

• Treatment for chronic conditions

The team helps you stay on track in meeting your child’s needs and even offers optional services like safe and sterile ear piercing. 

Our goal is to be a true medical home to your children, managing your child’s health needs, with the help of specialists whenever necessary. 

Questions can also be answered through our Klara system, email (frontdesk@askpeds.com) and our secure patient portal. There may be an accompanied fee if questions are very frequent, complicated, or lengthy, or we may recommend in those cases that we make an appointment instead. 

School, camp and sports physicals, asthma action plans, allergy action forms, and other medical forms can be completed at the time of an appointment. We will need you to provide these forms and complete them as much as possible before we fill them out. If they are brought in to be completed when your child does not have an appointment, there will be a $15 charge per form, and they may take up to 7 business days, or $40 if it is needed within 24 hours. There is also a $25 fee for any letters that are requested. These fees are not covered by insurance.

The team starts each visit by talking to you and your child in-depth about any of your concerns. They also touch base on your child’s medical history and take important measurements like your child’s height, weight, heart rate, and blood pressure.
