Questions can also be answered through our Klara system, email (frontdesk@askpeds.com) and our secure patient portal. There may be an accompanied fee if questions are very frequent, complicated, or lengthy, or we may recommend in those cases that we make an appointment instead.

School, camp and sports physicals, asthma action plans, allergy action forms, and other medical forms can be completed at the time of an appointment. We will need you to provide these forms and complete them as much as possible before we fill them out. If they are brought in to be completed when your child does not have an appointment, there will be a $15 charge per form, and they may take up to 7 business days, or $40 if it is needed within 24 hours. There is also a $25 fee for any letters that are requested. These fees are not covered by insurance.

Please be aware that even though we are a small office, we have thousands of patients throughout the greater Tallahassee area. We appreciate your cooperation and patience in helping us to serve our patients in a happy, healthy, and stress-free environment.
